About the Role:
Join The Goddard School of Geist, IN as a Program Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting our educational, operational, and compliance functions. This role ensures adherence to state regulations and accreditation standards while assisting leadership with staff management, family relations, and program implementation. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced early childhood environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of daily educational activities.
  • Support lead teachers in classroom management and student engagement. Substitute in classrooms as required.
  • Conduct tours for prospective families.
  • Support enrollment process, including onboarding and documentation.
  • Assist in staffing and recruiting efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
  • Manage inventory of classroom materials and supplies.
