• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, to address clients' mental health and substance use issues.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records to track client progress and ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to formulate comprehensive care strategies.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, helping to demystify mental health and substance use issues and encouraging active participation in treatment.
• Engage in ongoing education and training, staying updated on the latest research and treatment modalities in the field of mental health and substance use disorder.

Our Detox Center serves a diverse population, including individuals in crisis due to substance use, those navigating recovery, and families seeking assistance. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, using your expertise as an LCSW to help them understand and address the complexities of their mental health issues, often influenced by trauma or underlying psychological conditions.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
• Proven knowledge and experience applying solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to cultivate trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Previous experience working in a detox or mental health facility is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling efficient tracking and documentation of client progress.
• A demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and manage complex cases effectively.
