This position is ideal for social workers, counselors, case managers, and other human services professionals interested in supporting women, children, and families affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders.Our Organization Since 1971, the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board has provided the highest quality of behavioral health services to residents of the cities of Hampton and Newport News, Virginia, offering a comprehensive array of programs for both children and adults living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders.Your day as a Case Manager for Project LinkAs a Case Manager for Project Link, you will provide case management services to women experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders, along with their children from birth through age seven who may be at risk for emotional or behavioral challenges.
