* Set high personal standards for performance/conduct. To be successful in this role, you will have: * Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DOD Secret Clearance or an interim Secret clearance. * US Citizenship * A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering disciplines * An Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience or a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering disciplines. * 5 years of experience within the DoD and/or the Armed Services or similar/related experience. * Intermediate p roficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to work both in a team environment and independently, and often under short, multiple deadlines. * Ability to be a team player; work well with others; contribute positively to work/team environment while continually seeking ways to enhance contribution to the team. * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Additional desired experience and skills: * An active or current DoD Secret clearance * Experience in the Navy and specifically within Team Submarine or submarines in general. * Experience as Submarine Electricians Mate and Engineering Watch Supervisor or Submarine Warfare Officer and Engineering Officer of the Watch is a plus.
