Theย Electricalย Project Managerย isย responsible forย overall management and success of high-end, renovations and construction projects: quality, clientย satisfactionย and profitability goals.ย 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:ย 

  • Oversight of electrical systems throughout the construction management process.ย 
  • Manage all staff assigned to project and relationship management among projectย owner, owner's tenants and all professional groups involved.ย 
  • Overseeย timelyย andย accurateย completion of all documentation and administrative aspects relating to project management execution.ย 
  • Oversee electricalย trades and coordination.
  • Monitor schedules,ย spendingย and related.ย 
  • Complete or review project reports for accuracy, provide status and financial reports andproject schedules.ย 
  • Performs final review ofย constructionsย projects including bid reviews, bid procedures, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, final estimates, labor & materials takeoffs.ย 
  • Review subcontractor and vendor invoicesย 
  • Approve forย payment or negotiate changes.ย 
  • Prepare andย submitย change orders for approval by clients and director of operations.ย 
  • Ensure subcontractors are advised of all change ordersย 
  • Prepare all close out documentation including warranty information,ย affidavits, record drawings,ย 
  • Ensure final payments are received form client andย appropriate invoicesย paid to subcontractorsย

Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Scienceย is preferredย 
  • 10-15 years in commercial construction managementย 
  • Heavy Electrical background preferredย 
  • Coming from the sub-contractor world is okay / acceptableย 
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Officeย
