Data & Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee documentation, data entry, reporting, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Partner with the Center's Research team on evaluation activities, improvements to data collection, and reporting requirements; and

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with court stakeholders to promote program utilization and collaborative problem-solving;
  • Manage relationships with community partners and subcontractors, including scheduling sessions, providing feedback on logistics or curriculum, and ensuring timely and accurate attendance reporting; and
  • Identify and cultivate community partnerships to strengthen Project Reset's impact and expand resources available to participants.

Participant Engagement:
  • In collaboration with the Director of Diversion Services and Clinical Supervision, develop and deliver new group-based programming for Project Reset participants;
  • Provide referrals addressing needs such as substance use, mental health, trauma, housing, and employment;
