ARE YOU THE TECHNICAL SHOP MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To excel as a Full-Time Technical Shop Manager at Floyd's 99, you'll need a unique blend of experience and skills that set you apart! First and foremost, a minimum of 3 years behind the chair as a Barber or Stylist in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with an active Cosmetology or Barber license in South Carolina. Dual license is preferred but not required. Your leadership experience should include at least two years managing teams of 10 or more, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide a diverse group. Exceptional client-service orientation is crucial, as you'll commit to delivering consistent high-quality service.

Strong verbal and written communication skills will empower you to resolve disputes and foster a positive atmosphere. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is key, as you'll need to maintain a productive team and navigate challenges seamlessly.


Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • 3+ years behind a chair as a Barber or Stylist in a fast-paced environment
  • Active Cosmetology or Barber license in South Carolina - Dual License preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience with managing +10 employees
  • Strong client-service orientation including commitment to consistent high-quality service and delivery.
