Amazon seeks an organized, detail-oriented Editorial Styling Coordinator with a strong eye for fashion to coordinate merchandise and samples for editorial photo shoots. This role supports high-volume production by ensuring products are shoot-ready, timelines are met, and studio workflows run efficiently. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong visual judgment, thrives in fast-paced environments, and quickly absorbs seasonal direction and brand standards.
Key job responsibilities
-Communicate and coordinate with vendors and buyers about samples and coordinate return of all merchandise in expected time frames
-Support on and off-figure stylists to ensure creative deadlines are met
-Strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands, competitors, and trends in the fashion and beauty landscape
-Acute brand awareness, ability to internalize our customer and execute trends via mood boards
-Support studio team to find efficiencies and improve processes
-Coordinate overall workflow and organization in styling closet
-Oversee organization and preparation for style-outs and fittings for photoshoots
-Utilize a wide array of resources including social media, street style and fashion blogs to research brands
-Partner with vendors and buyers to confirm sample availability, troubleshoot gaps, and coordinate the timely return of all merchandise and ensure correct items are ready for scheduled shoots.
-Support on-figure and off-figure stylists, anticipating needs and resolving issues to keep creative timelines on track.
