Thanks for your interest!Assist school district community relations department with community mailings (stuffing envelopes, applying postage), maintaining filing systems, photocopying, collating, data entry and maintenance, and community outreach. Candidate must be proficient in use of MAC computers and have experience with relevant software applications, email, and Internet. Must have good numeracy and keyboard skills and have knowledge of office administrative procedures.
Key competencies include: attention to detail and accuracy, organization and planning, prioritizing, data management, problem solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
Help is needed one to two days a week for approximately three hours each day. Volunteers age 55 and over.
