Your Daily Impact at the Front Desk
As the first face and voice of our practice, you set the tone for the entire patient journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • First-Class Hospitality: Greet patients, visitors, and fellow team members with natural warmth, creating a comfortable and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule Optimization: Efficiently book, confirm, and manage patient appointments to ensure a productive, smooth-flowing clinical schedule.
  • Communication Hub: Handle incoming phone calls, respond to practice emails, and manage general office correspondence with professionalism and empathy.
  • Patient Advocacy: Build lasting, trust-based relationships with our patient community, helping them navigate their dental care journeys with confidence.
  • Administrative Precision: Maintain accurate patient charts, execute data entry, manage electronic filing, and uphold highly organized front-office workflows.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in morning huddles, ongoing training, and team development initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements & Skills
  • Dental Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on dental front office experience is strictly required.
  • Software Proficiency: Highly tech-savvy with a strong comfort level navigating modern dental practice management software and computer systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a natural ability to make people feel cared for.
