Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood gets you closer to the entertainment you love by taking guests on the lot of a working studio. The Studio Tour gives guests a revealing look behind the camera at how Hollywood magic is made. From Friends and The Big Bang Theory to Harry Potter and the DC Universe, fans have the opportunity to explore the nearly 100-year-old studio as they visit the real sets and soundstages on the iconic 110-acre backlot, celebrating where the greatest entertainment in history was made.
As part of our amazing tour exhibits and retail stores, we also present a selection of cafes to complement our guest's visit. Join our expert team of storytellers as a Barista. We are seeking talented people who are passionate about providing an extraordinary guest experience - and have fun while doing it! Are you ready to join our team?
Your Accountabilities...
Craft and/or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
Warm and prepare a variety of pre-prepared food, including sandwiches.
Interact with visitors including assisting with purchases and answering questions.
Partner with team members to maintain the store's visual presentation and preserve a clean and hygienic work area.
Engage with our visitors to guarantee a dynamic, high-touch Warner Bros. experience.
Qualifications and Experience...
6 months of previous experience working in a restaurant or food service store. Coffee shop or barista experience is a plus.
Demonstrate strong customer service, communication skills, and have cash handling experience.
Understanding and appreciation for the "customer comes first" demeanor.
Able to work flexible shifts which vary Monday - Sunday, between 6:30am - 6:30pm.
Food handlers certificate preferred
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $21/hr. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
