Studio Sales and Operations Manager

As a Sales Manager of a fitness studio, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to sales and group personal training teams. This critical position must build a solid understanding of the Orangetheory brand to drive sales revenue and control location operations in this important market. As a Sales leader you will motivate and train staff to drive membership sales and retain Members. Your team represents and promotes the wellness benefits of a healthy lifestyle to members with passion and professionalism. A positive, high-energy vibe is essential to be a successful Orangetheory ambassador. As an operations manager, you must understand the fundamentals of facility management and oversight, with proven ability to be solutions-focused and effective at anticipating needs for the business to function professionally.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Results are paramount. Drive the Orangetheory brand name in Tallahassee and own the outcome of your teams efforts.

• Train and maintain the highest level of customer service.

• Hire, train, schedule, support, motivate, reward & discipline.

• Lead by example to model studio sales processes via role-play to hone authentic communication skills.

• Coordinate ongoing sales promotions, events, & outreach
• Hold regular staff meetings and impromptu trainings to keep staff motivated and engaged in outcomes. Attend regular meetings and webinars and stay in "the know" to drive brand initiatives.
• Ensure both facilities are orderly, well-maintained, clean and safe.
• Adhere to all company policies & processes to ensure brand consistency.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• High-energy passion for Health & Fitness - model it through your own behavior
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor. Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry is valued.

• Possess 2-3 years of Sales leadership and management skills necessary to create a positive, environment for staff and members
• Ability to balance member and staff concerns.

• Demonstrate community connections and ability to drive business engagement.
• Computer & technical skillset is required!

Schedule:

· 40+ hours: Weekday shifts 9/10am>Close + 1 Weekend day Open-Close (alternating Sat-Sunday)

• Coverage responsibility for early AM shift as needed

· Attend Webinars, Training Workshops & Initiate Marketing events
