The Position: Sample Coordinator & Studio Assistant
Location: Chicago, IL - Onsite
Position Overview:
The Sample Coordinator & Studio Assistant is responsible for supporting daily studio operations by organizing merchandise samples, assisting with photo shoots, maintaining studio organization, and providing production support. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion, photography, and eCommerce operations.
Daily Priorities & Responsibilities:
  • Organize, prepare, and maintain studio samples for photo and video shoots.
  • Track, scan, and manage merchandise during studio productions.
  • Ensure all samples are accurately cataloged, handled, and returned.
  • Assist photographers, stylists, and production teams during photo shoots.
  • Steam garments and prepare merchandise to ensure it is presentation ready.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment.
  • Assist with the setup, breakdown, and organization of studio equipment and props.
  • Pick up and deliver photography equipment and studio supplies as needed.
  • Perform additional studio and operational duties as assigned.
