This role is accountable for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervising studio teams while driving consistent execution of brand standards and business objectives. The Regional Studio Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring best-in-class member experience across all assigned studios. This leader establishes clear performance expectations, monitors key business metrics, and actively coaches teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. In partnership with the Head Coach, the Regional Studio Manager aligns sales, operations, and fitness execution to ensure consistency and high performance across the market. The role requires frequent movement throughout studio locations, including prolonged periods of walking both inside and outside of the studio environment. The position also involves regular interaction with team members and members in active fitness studio settings that may be loud or fast-paced at times.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
