Job description

The Community & Studio Manager is responsible for the overall health of the studio, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for both students and teachers.


This role combines operations, leadership, hospitality, and team coordination. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates with care, and naturally notices what needs attention before it becomes a problem.


Responsibilities


* Lead the daily operations of the studio and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

* Support teachers with onboarding, observations, scheduling, and day-to-day operational needs.

* Oversee the Energy Exchange team, including onboarding, scheduling, communication, and accountability.

* Coordinate workshops, rentals, and studio events.

* Monitor class performance and identify opportunities to strengthen the schedule.

* Maintain inventory, equipment, amenities, and coordinate maintenance.

* Resolve operational challenges with professionalism, good judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

* Help improve systems and processes as Yoga Space continues to grow.
