As Studio Manager, you'll:

• Lead, coach and inspire a high performing team.

• Drive membership sales and coach your team to confidently convert prospects into lifelong members.

• Monitor studio performance and key business metrics to achieve growth goals.

• Develop and retain exceptional talent.

• Deliver an outstanding experience for every member from their first visit to their hundredth class.

• Build partnerships and relationships throughout the local community to grow brand awareness.

• Ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards.

• Solve challenges with confidence, positivity and a solutions first mindset.

• Celebrate wins, coach through the choas and continually raise the standard for your team.

• You naturally make people feel welcome.

• You genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.

• You love coaching more than micromanaging.

• Sales goals motivate you.

• You believe leadership is earned through action.

• Previous leadership or management experience. 

• A proven history of driving sales, business growth and team performance.

• Experience coaching individuals toward measurable goals.

• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.

• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.

• Comfort using technology and business reporting tools.

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
