Position Overview

The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations, member experience, team leadership, and performance of the studio. This role ensures the studio runs efficiently, delivers exceptional service, maintains high cleanliness and safety standards, and achieves sales and retention goals.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Studio Management

  • Oversee all daily studio operations to ensure a seamless and professional experience for members and guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the facility
  • Manage inventory of retail products, consumables, and supplies
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
  • Enforce studio policies, safety protocols, and brand standards

Member Experience & Sales

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retail revenue
  • Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Support member retention through excellent service and engagement
  • Conduct studio tours and educate prospective members on services and benefits

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and coach studio staff
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Conduct performance feedback and support staff development
  • Ensure proper staffing levels for optimal operations and service
