Junior Photographer

Gabriella White is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Photographer to join our Brand Media team. This role plays an important part in bringing our products to life through clean, accurate, and visually compelling product imagery used across eCommerce, print, and digital marketing channels. The Junior Photographer will execute white room product photography while managing the silo image process from capture through final delivery, ensuring all imagery meets brand and technical standards. This position is ideal for someone early in their photography career who enjoys working in a fast-paced studio environment and is eager to grow their technical photography, editing, and digital asset management skills while supporting broader brand media initiatives.

What You Do

  • Capture high-quality white room product (silo) photography with accurate lighting, exposure, and color
  • Manage the silo image workflow from photography through submission for review
  • Perform basic photo editing including cropping, background cleanup, and color correction
  • Prepare, export, and name image files according to company standards and technical specifications
  • Upload and organize assets within the Canto digital asset management system
  • Maintain studio equipment, white room setup, and organized digital files
  • Support the Brand Media Manager with lifestyle shoots, brand projects, AI image initiatives, and other studio needs
  • Occasional travel required to support photography needs

How Success Is Measured

  • Volume of silo images captured and submitted for review
  • Accuracy and consistency of file naming and digital asset organization
  • Reduction in missing or incomplete product imagery across platforms

What You Bring

  • Experience in Photography, Digital Media, Graphic Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of studio lighting and white room product photography techniques
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Capture One
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Canto preferred)
  • Basic understanding of layout principles and graphic design fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of AI image tools and willingness to learn emerging technologies
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and color accuracy
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
