The OTF Louisiana Head Coach takes pride in being
a key studio leader ,a resourceful mentor to OT staff, and in being aligned with the Studio goals & with the Studio Manager. They owns the OTF trifecta: Gets It. Wants It. and  Has the Capacity to Do it. 
 
Head Coaches are responsible for providing leadership, education, and daily direction to the fitness team. With a strong focus on customer service, fitness leadership, and member sales and retention, Head Coaches work in tandem with the Studio Manager and Regional Fitness Director to ensure members enjoy a consistent Orangetheory experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. The Head Coach must be able to own member satisfaction and retention, develop a strong, cohesive fitness coach team, and being the primary resource for all things Orangetheory FITNESSwithin the studio. 

AsaHeadFitnessCoach,youareexpectedtoperformthefollowingduties:
 
  • Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure the success of the studio
  • Responsible for creating a positive, high energy, respectful OTF studio environment
  • Leading member engagement & in-studio marketing (referrals) and events to drive growth
  • Co-responsibility (w SM) for marketing and community outreach to grow the business
  • Responsible for building OTF pre-bookings, attendance, retaining current clientele and achieving monthly revenue goals
  • Leads or assists Sales Associates with studio tours & sales and stays current with pricing options and promotions
  • Responsible for follow up communication with new, current, and former OTF studio clients
  • Handles member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the fitness staff & recruiting new coaches
  • Evaluate fitness staff to OTF standards and using the Coach Accountability Matrix
  • Responsible for the studio’s class schedule and coach schedules in WiW & MBO Timeclocks
  • Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the studio, including AED pads and First Aid Cabinet
  • Understands MBO & OTF Mobile App, and troubleshoots OTConnect & A/V systems
  • Conducts monthly fitness staff meetings and attends all relative, mandatory webinars and other requested meetings
  • Handles fitness staff concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution
  • Coaches between 10-15 OTF workouts per week, including 1 weekend day
  • Must be flexible and willing to work weekends, events, and when needed to support the studio
  • Maintain current, active employee files (e.g. resume, CPR cards, fitness certifications, disciplinary items, emergency contact info, etc.)
  • Non-coaching management duties entail 15 hours per week on average.

 
Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
 
  • Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
  • Be AED/CPR certified
  • Have a functional knowledge of heart rate-based training.
