Job Title: Front Desk Sales Associate
Reports to: General Manager

YogaSix was established in 2012 and is the fastest growing boutique yoga company in the United States.
 
POSITION:
The Front Desk Sales Associate plays a key role in driving studio revenue through proactive membership sales, lead conversion, and exceptional customer engagement. This position supports the General Manager in achieving monthly sales targets by generating new memberships, retaining current members, and promoting retail and program offerings.
The associate delivers an elevated customer experience by confidently guiding prospects through membership options, recommending class formats, and handling all sales‑related transactions. You should be energized by meeting new people, initiating conversations, and influencing purchase decisions while helping build a strong, loyal YogaSix community. Additional responsibilities include maintaining studio cleanliness and supporting occasional pop‑up/marketing events.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
·       Proven sales ability with strong communication and customer service skills
·       Goal‑driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
·       Comfortable initiating conversations, overcoming objections, and closing sales
·       Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
·       Fluent in English with excellent in‑person, phone, and email communication skills
·       Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple leads, and meet tight deadlines
·       Proficient computer skills
·       Occasional travel for community marketing events
·       Attendance at special events and trainings as needed
·       Part‑time position
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Execute the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, follow‑up, and closing
·       Consistently meet and exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals
·       Conduct high‑impact studio tours that build rapport and drive membership conversions
·       Maintain expert‑level knowledge of all membership options, pricing, promotions, and class formats
·       Clearly communicate the value of YogaSix as a premium fitness and wellness provider
·       Book qualified appointments to support monthly sales quotas
·       Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, hospital events) to generate leads and promote the studio
·       Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
·       Continuously develop and refine selling skills through training and coaching
·       Perform additional duties as assigned
