Perspire Sauna Studio River North is opening soon, and we are assembling a strong opening team.
We are looking for positive, confident, sales-driven team members who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and helping others build a consistent wellness routine.
This is not just a front desk position. This is a member service and sales role inside an upscale wellness studio, where professionalism, energy, reliability, and accountability matter.

Studio Operating Hours
Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
 Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
We are currently hiring team members with availability across weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and weekends. Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing
Confidently selling memberships, packages, and wellness services
 Educating guests on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and consistent wellness routines
 Providing studio tours for new guests
 Converting first-time visitors into long-term members
 Following up with leads and guests through our CRM
 Booking reservations and follow-up appointments
 Welcoming members and creating a relaxed, professional studio experience
 Answering questions about services, memberships, and studio policies
 Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio
 Turning over sauna suites between appointments
 Supporting towel organization, laundry flow, and general studio operations
