We are looking for a savvy, passionate Skincare Studio Retail Associate who is excited about skincare, sustainability, and beauty! The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and shares our commitment to wellness in both our products and work life balance. Our mission is to create effective, results-driven skincare that is safe for the planet and humankind.ย 

Requirements

  • Book facial appointments
  • Greet clients
  • Check clients in and out of their appointments
  • Educate customers on products and services
  • Communicate confidently and clearly about our brand, and convey a genuine passion for natural, nontoxic ingredients
  • Open and close the studio
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and daily upkeep of the studio, including retail restocking, dusting shelves, light laundry, and replenishing water and tea supplies
  • Support estheticians to maintain a calm flow of services, and to create a beautiful experience for our clients
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong sales experience
  • Experience in retail and/or spa setting, especially in the beauty, wellness and skincare space
  • A general understanding of scheduling programs. Experience with MangoMint is a plus!
  • Upbeat, positive and can do attitudeย 
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed to support studio operations.
  • Ability to work in an environment with fragranced products, essential oils, and spa-related aromas.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer or desk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist with studio upkeep such as retail restocking, retail shelf dusting and light laundry, upkeep of water/ tea supplies.ย 
  • Tolerance for occasional exposure to cleaning products, spa sanitization agents, and routine spa equipment
  • Responsible, dependable and punctual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
  • Must be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work!
Compensation:

$22 per hour : This is a part-time, hourly position with an immediate opening at our OSEA Skincare Studio in Venice!
