We are STRONG - A Pilates-inspired, cardio-infused, and designed for a full-body workout that is low-impact and high-intensity. Our diverse classes, including ROW, RIDE, and REFORM, are designed to help clients maximize their performance and achieve their fitness goal.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Associate who delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach to offering studio memberships, and retail products and services. The Sales Associate builds relationships and translates the mission of STRONG through its product and service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience & New Membership Enrollment
  • Engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and introduce them to STRONG's offerings.
  • Conduct studio tours, highlighting facilities, services, and amenities tailored to individual needs.
  • Clearly communicate membership options and benefits.
  • Enroll new members using established sales techniques and protocols.
  • Onboard new members effectively and assist with retention activities to drive studio profitability.

Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and potential new business opportunities.
  • Promote marketing campaigns and special offers to leads and existing members.
  • Manage leads using company software and execute daily outreach activities to maximize conversion.

Member Experience
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure a member-centric experience.
  • Provide a friendly, engaging check-in process and address member inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Build strong relationships with members and act as a resource for their questions and concerns.
