Job Summary:
Orangetheory Fitness Oviedo is seeking energetic, friendly, and sales-orientated fitness enthusiasts to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Sales Associates are primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding performance goals, including generating and servicing leads, membership sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, successful sales experience, and can effectively assist in running all "front of house “ studio operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Experience within a goal-setting structure is strongly preferred.
  • A health & fitness-oriented mindset is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Flexibility to work early daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conduct studio previews for guests and new members.
  • Maintain an organized and neat reception/front desk area.
  • Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • On-board all clients properly through accurate digital and paper documentation.
  • Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email and phone.
  • Establish and maintain an effective referral program
  • Work closely with the fitness team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
  • Attend and participate in OTF training programs, community events, and social media promotions.
  • Complete daily studio cleaning activities.
  • Participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week.
