with possible full time hours as schedduling permits

Stretch Zone is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to welcome new clients, drive memberships, support studio growth, and create a great experience from the first phone call to every visit after.
No Stretch Zone experience is required. We provide training on our services, sales process, client experience standards, and studio systems.
What You’ll Do
  •  Welcome clients and create a positive first impression 
  •  Schedule and confirm appointments 
  •  Follow up with leads, prospects, and current members 
  •  Explain Stretch Zone services, memberships, and benefits 
  •  Help convert intro sessions into memberships 
  •  Support member retention through strong communication and service 
  •  Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly 
  •  Assist with studio events, promotions, and local outreach 
  •  Work closely with practitioners and management to support daily studio goals

  •  Friendly, confident, and dependable 
  •  Strong communication and people skills 
  •  Comfortable talking with new clients and asking for the sale 
  •  Organized and able to manage calls, texts, scheduling, and follow-up 
  •  Positive attitude and team-first mindset
