Studio Associate (Sales Focused) Pause Studio Newport BeachLocation: Newport Beach, CA (The Walk  Westcliff Dr)
Compensation: $20/hour + commission + performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours of operation 8am-8pm (must be available weekends + evenings)
About the Role

This is not your typical front desk job.
At Pause Studio, our Studio Associates are the face of the brand and the drivers of our growth. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while confidently recommending and selling memberships, packages, and services.

What You’ll Do

  •  Create a welcoming, high-energy first impression for every client 
  •  Educate clients on services and recommend personalized experiences 
  •  Confidently sell memberships, packages, and promotions 
  •  Build relationships that drive repeat visits and referrals 
  •  Support studio events, outreach, and local marketing efforts (optional)
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, premium studio environment 
  •  Manage bookings and transactions through POS systems
