What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in growing the studio while creating an exceptional experience for every client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through tours, consultations, and introductory stretch appointments
  • Build relationships that convert leads into long term memberships
  • Achieve membership sales goals through consultative selling and outstanding customer service
  • Follow up with leads using phone calls, text messages, and email
  • Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client check ins
  • Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and business partnerships
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive studio environment
