Job description

SUMMARY: As the face of our studios, Sales Associates are responsible for driving membership sales and delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with potential and current clients, conducting introductory studio tours, explaining membership benefits, and recommending the best membership for their needs.
  • Greet clients and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Address client questions and concerns both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information about StretchLab services, policies, and scheduling.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to enhance their experience, encourage return visits, and foster a loyal customer base.
  • Support daily studio operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, and managing inventory of retail products and supplies.
  • Work closely with Flexologists and management team to support all aspects of studio operations and deliver a seamless experience for clients.
  • Participate in events, social media initiatives, and other marketing efforts to promote StretchLab within the local community.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales performance, member retention, and monthly quotas.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Interest in sales within the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to commit to a 20-25 hour weekly schedule.
  • Ability to travel locally to other studios as needed.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Adept at engaging with people and building relationships.
