  • Competitive salary

Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team overseeing our Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and Flatiron (Manhattan) studios. You will be working with an owner/general manager, assistant managers, sales associates and studio attendants. You will be acting as the accountable leader for the entire team, working onsite across our two locations 5 days per week and on call from open to close to respond to emergencies and team member questions. You will work onsite from Thursday to Monday and be off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win and driving the most sales yourself. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
  • Working with guests. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
  • Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.
Here’s why you want to work here:

  • We believe that happy employees make happy guests, so we only hire the best leaders and we treat them really well.
  • We believe the best studio leaders deserve to earn great pay for great performance.
  • We believe work should be interesting, so we’ll help you continuously develop new skills.
  • We believe in promoting from within, so you’ll have opportunities for growth.
Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
  • A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
  • Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability and to be reachable all day by our studio team when acting as "manager on duty".
  • A history of excellence – a life story that shows us that you’re never satisfied with “just OK”.

Here's what we offer:
  • Hourly pay of $30 to $33/hour depending on experience + plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses
  • Unlimited use of our infrared saunas and contrast therapy services
  • Discounts on our products and services for yourself, friends and family
  • Free or discounted workouts and other services at nearby fitness, beauty and wellness businesses
  • Training & development to excel in your management skills
  • An owner with extensive experience and an open door policy who is willing to coach you to success
  • Two weeks of paid time off per year.

If you’re ready to achieve your full leadership potential, let’s talk. IMPORTANT! The first part of our application process is to complete a quick survey.  After you have completed the survey, we’ll be in touch.
We look forward to meeting you!
