Our Offer:
Work in a warm, wellness-minded environment led by owners who truly care about Perspire’s mission — and about you. Our open-door policy and community-centered approach create a place where everyone feels welcome and valued.
Hourly Pay plus opportunity for commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold.

Outstanding performance could lead to consideration for our Assistant Studio Manager role, with additional responsibilities and pay.

The studio’s hours of operation are shown below. Team members may select either opening or closing shifts, each averaging around 7 hours. We offer flexible scheduling with the opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week, though overtime is not available.

Here's what you need to bring:
A genuine passion for health and wellness, and a desire to create a positive, uplifting experience for every guest.
Dependable and punctual — arriving on time and engaged throughout each shift.
We encourage team members to keep personal phone use to emergencies only, fostering a calm, connected studio environment.
Evening and weekend availability
A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
Here's what you’ll be doing:
Greet guests, give tours, answer questions, and share the benefits of our wellness offerings — helping each person find the right membership for their goals.
Connect with and follow up with potential guests in a warm, energetic way using our communication system, with the goal of helping them join as members and begin their wellness journey.
Use our Mindbody system to check members in and out of sessions, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the studio, and prepare sauna rooms according to each member’s preferences.
Ensure the studio stays fresh and welcoming by cleaning and resetting sauna rooms after each use and keeping the towel area stocked and tidy.
Ready to love your job and make a positive impact on others’ health and well-being? Join us at Perspire and be part of our mission.
