The Sales Associate is the first point of contact for members and prospective clients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional studio experience while driving membership growth. This role is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into members, building relationships, supporting member retention, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Lead Conversion
  •  Execute consultative sales conversations to convert leads into Orangetheory memberships 
  •  Conduct studio tours and introductory consultations for prospective members 
  •  Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and email outreach 
  •  Build rapport with prospects to understand goals and recommend membership solutions 
  •  Consistently work toward individual and studio membership sales goals 
  •  Promote studio challenges, retail offerings, and special membership promotions 
Member Experience & Retention
  •  Deliver a welcoming, energetic, and professional first impression to every member and guest 
  •  Build strong relationships with members to create connection and increase retention 
  •  Greet members by name and provide personalized service 
  •  Proactively engage members before and after class to strengthen community connection 
  •  Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally 
  •  Support retention efforts through outreach, follow-up, and member engagement initiatives 
Front Desk Operations
  •  Manage daily front desk responsibilities efficiently and accurately 
  •  Check members into class and assist with booking, account updates, and membership questions 
  •  Maintain accurate member profiles and studio records within studio systems 
  •  Ensure studio communication is timely, professional, and consistent 
  •  Support opening and closing procedures as assigned 
Studio Presentation & Operations
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment 
  •  Ensure the lobby, retail displays, and common areas reflect Orangetheory brand standards 
  •  Assist with studio setup and overall readiness for daily operations 
  •  Help ensure seamless class transitions and positive member flow 
Community Engagement & Brand Representation
  •  Represent Orangetheory Fitness with professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity 
  •  Support studio events, community outreach efforts, and promotional campaigns 
  •  Help foster a strong, inclusive studio culture that builds member loyalty
