Studio Assistant and Event Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Bunny Hive is looking for a warm and engaging studio assistant and event coordinator with excellent customer service and organizational skills to assist the Owner/Director with the day-to-day operations of The Bunny Hive studio.

About The Bunny Hive:

The Bunny Hive is a social club to attend with your little one, ages two weeks through kindergarten, to enjoy classes like music, art, baby massage, ballet, culinary exploration, story time, and more. We provide social experiences for new families such as seasonal events and pop ups, and provide a rental space for private events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist studio owner/director with all tasks necessary to ensure studio is running smoothly
  • Studio experience- key person responsible for maintaining studio cleanliness, seasonal decorations, protocols, operations
  • Customer support - support emails phone calls and voicemails, text messaging
  • Front desk - check families in to class, give studio tours, and support creating a community in the studio
  • Assist with special events, partnerships, and workshops as needed
  • Retail – assist as needed with retail merchandising, display, upkeep, storage
  • Support private events as the day-of coordinator
