Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join us as a Senior Graphic & Digital Designer at Chapter Aesthetic Studio.

This role sits within TAG’s Creative organization and is fully dedicated to Chapter, acting as a key creative partner to the Chapter Marketing team.

You will lead the design, development, and production of marketing and campaign materials across web, email/CRM, social, display, and national and regional advertising. Expertise in Figma is essential, as is a strong command of digital production techniques and a mobile-first mindset.

Working closely with internal teams, you will help develop and maintain design standards, contribute to campaign concepting, and build style guides and design systems that ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across every guest touchpoint. An expert eye for typography, layout, color, and UI - combined with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment - is a must.

What You’ll Do!

Design

  • Design and production for a range of marketing and/or content materials.
  • Develop appropriate design solutions within our campaign thematic and brand guidelines for the primary purpose of effectively selling services, related brand messages, or educating our customers in an engaging way.
  • Ensure that each assigned project meets all production specifications and is delivered on time.
  • Employ appropriate digital techniques as required including animation, video, micro-interactions, etc.

Concepting

  • In partnership with other creative team members, concept and develop new integrated marketing solutions for internal and external audiences.
  • Focus on thematic brand approach, visual and voice standards, activation ideas and tactical promotion to fully realize breakthrough creative that supports the brand vision, drives engagement, and stands out from the clutter.
  • Assist in the creation of the final style guides to be shared with internal and external partners.

Execution

  • Responsible for producing accurate and complete work including versioning for various review sessions. Execute proof corrections within the time frame dictated by the schedule.
  • Prep and release files.
  • Execute iterative creative assets for workflows in a test & learn environment.
  • Accurately tag and upload work into proper tools including the DAM.

Content

  • Develop plans for new asset creation in conjunction with the Creative Director and other team partners. Partner and have excellent communication with studio crew.
  • Responsible for the selection and editing of photographic assets, following agreed upon design direction. May also create/edit video, gifs and other digital assets.
  • Create infographics and other engaging content to help explain our processes, story and advance our nurture streams in engaging, disruptive ways.
  • Drive open rates and clicks.

Craftsmanship

  • Must be a student of their craft and strive to stay up to date on the latest production techniques and creative designs being used in the retail industry, healthcare and in digital channels.
  • In addition, research related subject matter to ensure visual and voice authenticity in creative.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure creative output is aligned with brand direction and storytelling goals
  • Partner with the Performance team to understand what creative is working and what's not, using data to inform and improve future work
  • Work within the COE (Center of Excellence) to learn about creative best practices across TAG companies and apply relevant learnings to Chapter

What We’re Looking For!

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field with 5-10 years experience.
  • Must have a proven track record delivering creative solutions from concept through final execution. Must have a strong, digitally focused portfolio.
  • Must have experience designing for health/beauty, retail or luxury brands.
  • Figma expert. Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing and photo retouching/manipulation experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally, flexibility, ability to handle change in a fast paced environment, self-starter/proactive, prioritization, problem solving/trouble shooting.

Core Skills

  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in video editing and motion/animation tools.
  • Strong digital art direction with an expert eye for typography, layout, color, and UI design.
  • Experience designing across channels: web, email/CRM, social, display, and paid advertising
  • Ability to build and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand standards.
  • Proficient in digital asset management (DAM) workflows and production file preparation.
  • Familiarity with test & learn environments and iterative creative production.
