As a Student - Billing Analyst, Investment Operations, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Validate invoices from managers and financial service providers;
  • Process invoice payments;
  • Analyze discrepancies and communicate with internal and external partners when necessary;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of work methods and in various projects;
  • Contribute to different operational tasks related to investments.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or in a related field;
  • Is available a minimum of 20 hours per week during academic terms (Monday to Friday, daytime) and full-time during the summer;
  • Has a minimum of one year of experience in accounting or in a related field;
  • Is recognized for their rigor and attention to detail in processing financial data;
  • Stands out for their analytical abilities and technical skills;
  • Demonstrates a high level of autonomy while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Is recognized for their ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a constantly evolving environment;
  • Has a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the person in this role will interact daily with unilingual English-speaking internal and external partners, both verbally and in writing;
  • Is pursuing a CPA designation or enrolled in the CPA program (an asset).
