We are seeking Technical Writers who wish to accelerate their skills and focus on tackling the most difficult challenges of the US Government, in one of the most exciting areas of the mission available. What Youโ€™ll Be Doing (We donโ€™t love the bullet points, but we love the work!)


Your role will include being tapped into for creating, maintaining, and reviewing technical documentation across multiple media formats as need for documenting application software user guides, user workflow documentation.


You will get to learn about cutting edge systems which might include (but are likely not limited to) processing intensive analytics (remember, this is HPC), novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets (again, HPC!), real-time systems, business management information systems, and systems which incorporate data repositories, data transport services, and application and systems development and monitoring. All being critical to the success of the customer and the overall mission at large.


Required Skills

โ€“ Disciplined in implementing complex documentation practices

โ€“ Experience with the technical terminology in order to provide related documentation

โ€“ Produces various technical documentation for a wide audience

โ€“ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

โ€“ Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)

โ€“ Experience using the MS Office Tool Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio)


Qualifications

โ€“ (6) yearsโ€™ experience as a Technical Writer

โ€“ Bachelorโ€™s degree in a technical discipline (substitution allowed)
