Job description

This summer, don't settle for a job that only pays the bills take one that builds your career.

I'm expanding my painting business from $200K $450K this year, and I'm hiring 2 driven, competitive students to step into leadership roles as Production Managers.

This isn't your typical summer job. You'll be running your own mini-business, managing crews, leading clients, and being mentored directly by the business owner. You'll finish the summer with more experience, confidence, and leadership ability than most people have by graduation.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Lead and manage a crew of 48 painters
  • Oversee $50K - $100K + worth of real client projects
  • Conduct estimates, manage job quality, and deliver client satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and motivate your own team
  • Master sales, leadership, and project management
  • Handle real-world challenges and grow every single week

You'll be trained, coached, and supported through it all. No experience required just hunger and a coachable attitude.

We're not looking for average.

We're looking for:

  • Access to a full time vehicle (required for client visits) -> MUST HAVE

When you will be working:

  • Preseason - January - April, 10-15hrs/week
  • Full Time - Summer - May - August , 40+hr/week

Where you will be working:
Durham Region -> Ajax, Pickering, Brooklin, Whitby, Oshawa.
