Belay Technologies is seeking a CNO Analyst Programmer with experience developing software for mobile and embedded platforms. The successful candidate will support the design, development, and integration of CNO tools while participating throughout the software development lifecycle, including technical documentation, design reviews, software readiness reviews, and technical presentations. 
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Four (4) years of relevant programming experience in fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering. Or two (2) years of experience if you hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering from an accredited college or university. Or four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree
Required Capabilities
  • Develop software for embedded or mobile platforms using proprietary, Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), or open-source build environments.
  • Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
  • Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments.
  • Develop UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
  • Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
  • Prepare and author technical documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and software readiness reviews in accordance with Government software development procedures and processes.
  • Author and deliver technical presentations on assigned projects.
