The Student Production Assistant supports live athletic events by assisting with media production, event logistics, and technical operations. This role is essential to delivering high-quality gameday experiences and maintaining institutional standards for broadcast, branding, and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate video boards, cameras, and streaming equipment
  • Assist with live broadcast production and scoreboard operations
  • Support media relations staff with interviews, press conferences, and content capture
  • Help manage credentialing, access control, and sponsor activations
  • Monitor NIL signage and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines
  • Coordinate pregame and postgame logistics (team arrivals, press areas, field setup)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during events
  • Maintain inventory and ensure safe handling of production equipment
  • Assist with crowd flow, emergency protocols, and staff communications
