Job description

The purpose of the Student Coordinator is to work in conjunction with the Financial Aid department and the Admissions Department to complete the student enrollment process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Keeps students motivated and excited about starting school and overcomes students' challenges as they arise; partners through to completion.
Collaborates with FA, Admissions and other departments to provide support and obtain necessary documentation to start.
Provides the best possible experience for future students at every interaction by using excellent customer service skills and resolves future students concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Improves starts by contacting future students via phone to ensure each student has completed all the necessary steps for the enrollment process.
Keeps students motivated and excited about starting school.
Setting timely follow-up dates to keep in touch with and track students.
Ensures student has been set up for and completes the necessary entrance exams.
Maintains documentation and follow up notes in REACH.
Scans and loads received documents into reach.
Gives Tours to student visiting on campus
Complete all admissions folders and turn them over the Enrollment Coordinator.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have an Associates degree.
  • Must have customer service experience
