Position Overviewย 

The Student Council Advisor reports directly to the School Principal.at the site they are assigned and is responsible for guiding and overseeing the activities of the student council, fostering leadership, responsibility, and school spirit among students.

  • Student Council Activities

    ย 
    • Guide the student council in planning and executing events and activities.

    • Oversee meetings, ensuring productive discussions and decision-making.

    • Support the development and implementation of student-led initiatives.

  • Student Management

    ย 
    • Recruit and train student council members.

    • Provide leadership training and support to council members.

    • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

    • Develop multiple avenues of leadership opportunities in the daily operations of the school such as announcements and delivery of awards at assemblies

  • Collaboration and Communication

    ย 
    • Work with school administration and staff to coordinate student council activities.

    • Communicate with students and parents regarding schedules and expectations.

    • Promote student council activities within the school and community.

  • Administrative Duties

    • Maintain records of student council meetings and activities.
