Job description

As a Career Services Associate, you'll be the connection between education and opportunity. You'll help students walk into interviews with confidence, build relationships with employers, and turn career goals into real job opportunities.
Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. One later day per week from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm after 30-day training period

  • Provide career coaching including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies
  • Support graduates in securing employment aligned with their education

  • Collaborate with faculty and campus teams to support student career outcomes
