Job description

Summary of Functions Maintains all student academic and financial records. Assists the School Director in the daily operations of the school. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains all student academic and financial records, including immunization records, emergency cards, student files, invoicing and other records pertinent to operating the school.

Maintains records and follow-up procedures for general inquiries; registers and enrolls students and completes tuition worksheets as needed. Assists School Director with in-house mailings, publications, conferences, Open Houses, Parent Tours, opening and closing of building, general building operations, and supply and materials ordering. Makes daily deposits of accounts receivable.

Prepares materials for Open House, Parent Tours, conferences and other school events and attends these functions as requested by the School Director. Attends Open Houses, Orientations, and Parent Tours and conducts individual new family interviews as requested by the School Director. Attends all staff meetings, in-service trainings, and other events workshops and seminars as requested by the School Director.

Substitutes for regular classroom teachers on an as needed basis due to emergency illnesses, absences, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by the School Director. Maintains consistent and regular attendance as an essential function of the position of Student Services Coordinator Qualifications Evidence of enjoying being around children.

Demonstrates kindness, even temperedness, and patience towards children and parents. Associate's degree and/or experience in general office management. Competent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).

CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogen training are required within 30 days of employment.
