The position is intended to provide an enrolled student with practical, supervised work experience in project coordination, facilities operations, document management, budget and invoice tracking, and professional office practices.

• Assist the Project Manager with updating project tracking spreadsheets.
• Help maintain project schedules, status reports, and action-item lists.
• Organize information for active Campus Operations projects.
• Assist with tracking project deadlines and upcoming activities.
• Help prepare materials for project meetings.
