Theresponsibility of the Student Accessibility Services is to provide supportservices for students with disabilities here at the Eastern Campus. The office supportsstudents with disabilities at any Tri-C campus; Common disability types includelearning disabilities, sensory limitations, psychiatric conditions, physicalmobility conditions, and chronic health issues.
Inthis role, you will:

  • Develop professional competencies in customer service and communication
  • Assist peers with college systems, resources, and processes
  • Build your teamwork and problem-solving skills by working collaboratively with other student employees and staff
  • Enhance leadership, teamwork, and intercultural competence by supporting campus events and engaging with diverse student populations.
  • Answer phone and take messages;
  • Clerical duties such as filing, open mail, and copying;
  • Assist with special projects;
