The Role The Student Experience Coordinator pivots in ensuring seamless operation by providing comprehensive multidepartment support and assisting in implementing key projects and initiatives. This role requires high professionalism, discretion, and organizational excellence to support leadership and institutional priorities. The coordinator is a central liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication, project execution, and administrative oversight.

This is a leave replacement term-certain position with a start date in July (per suitable candidate) and estimated end date of June 30, 2027. Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and service procurement, including budget input and inventory control.

Records maintenance and database management skills, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across departments, external stakeholders, and a diverse student community. Proven ability to coordinate and organize meetings, departmental briefings, and special events.

Knowledge of academic administrative principles and procedures, supporting institutional policies, student services, and faculty engagement.
