Alto Clermont is hiring two Part-Time Dining Servers for afternoon and evening meal service in our vibrant senior living community. Five-hour shifts, done before 7pm - perfect for students, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time hours that don't eat up your evenings.

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility
  • Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
  • Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
  • Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
  • Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed.
  • Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
  • Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.

  • Food serving experience preferred.
