Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services Division of Student Success
University of Louisiana at Lafayette
Position Summary
The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services (AVPES) serves as a senior leader within the Division of Student Success and provides strategic leadership for the University's enrollment operationsand student-facing administrative services. The AVPES is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing comprehensiveenrollment service strategies that enhance recruitment, admissions processing, registration, student aid delivery, student records management, orientation, dual enrollment, academic advising, student support services, and customer serviceexcellence.
TheAVPES works collaboratively acrossacademic and administrative units to support the University's enrollment, retention, persistence, andgraduation goals while ensuring aseamless student experience from prospect through graduation and leading intoemployment. The Associate Vice President reports directly to the VicePresident for Student Success.
Primary Responsibilities:
20%     Strategic Leadership
-Develop and execute strategic enrollment service initiatives aligned with the University's enrollment and student success goals.
-Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and student satisfaction across
enrollment-related functions.
-Establish measurable goals, key performance indicators (KPls), and assessment practices for enrollment services operations.
-Support institutional planning efforts through data-informed decision making and enrollment
analytics.

-Collaborate with Institutional Research to develop enrollment forecasts and strategic analyses.
10%    Collaboration and Partnerships
-Work closely with academic colleges, student services units, and administrative offices to support institutional enrollment and retention goals.
-Develop partnerships with K-12 schools, community colleges, and community organizations.
-Represent the University at professional organizations, conferences, and community events.
10%    Personnel Leadership
-Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate directors and senior staff within Enrollment Services.
-Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
