Position Overview
A school district in Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide health and personal care support to students during the school day. The CNA will work under the direction of the school nurse or designated healthcare professional to support students' health, safety, and comfort.
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and health support to students
  • Assist with toileting, hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility
  • Support students with disabilities and complex health needs
  • Monitor students and report changes in condition
  • Assist with transfers, positioning, and lifting
  • Support medication-related tasks as permitted by law and district policy
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records
  • Follow individual healthcare and emergency plans
  • Support infection-control and safety procedures
  • Maintain student dignity and privacy
  • Collaborate with nurses, teachers, families, and school staff

Qualifications
