Human Resources Student Assistant

Answer HR phones

Greet visitors when they arrive to the HR department

Direct visitors to the correct HR representative

Assist with filing, scanning, research projects, and emailing

Assist with checking uploaded ImageNow documentation

Shredding documents

Other tasks as assigned

Good interpersonal skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Must have reliable transportation as office location is a 554 Mt. Carmel Avenue, Hamden

Up to 10hrs per week

Monday through Friday flexible between 11:00am and 2:00pm

Priority will be given to candidates who are available 12pm to 1pm Monday through Friday
