Graduate Student Assistant - Leadership Institute
City: Hammond
Job Description:
Job Summary
The Graduate Student Aide will work closely with the Leadership Institute and provide essential administrative and programmatic support to the Director of Professional Education. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student interested in career development, program management, or higher education administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to additional projects for the Leadership Institute as needed
  • Manage, curate, and monitor The Leadership Institute social media sites
  • Assist faculty and staff with the execution of program activities
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resources for workshops, seminars, and other events related to these programs
  • Manage event attendee registration

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required; should be currently enrolled at PNW as a graduate student preferably a business major.

Experience
  • This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student interested in career development, student services, or higher education administration.
